It took a while to get things in motion, but now we’re thrilled to announce the upcoming relaunch of our main website into a Progressive Web App. With this relaunch, we believe that the new SimiCart website will be a better indication of who we are and what we have to offer.
The reason why we’re relaunching
A SimiCart PWA website has been our goal from the very start, but it’s only now that this goal is becoming clearer than ever.
To speak candidly, being a small but dedicated company, we started off with limited resources, the majority of which was devoted to the betterment of our customer satisfaction and thus, not that much room is left for things like the catering of our website.
Of course, room for improvement can always be found. With time, our workflow was gradually streamlined, combined with everyone’s enthusiasm that we could eventually reach the final stage in the development of our new SimiCart PWA website.
What’s changed?
Largely, our main website is still the same. But fundamentally, however, everything’s changed. Our main website is now PWA-powered, thus capable of delivering the best experience and performance possible to you. Upon a quick look at our website you could see that everything is loaded near-instantly, and the experience seems seamless and streamlined—as a PWA should be.
What do we hope for?
Being a Progressive Web App development company such as we are, it was only a matter of time until we make our website all things PWA-powered. What we hope for, is that with this relaunch of our website we would be able to gain more PWA-related insights so that our service could be of better use to you.
What’s next?
The road is long and this isn’t yet our stopping point. Our next goal—for now—is to convert our SimiCart blog into a Progressive Web App, and perhaps make some changes here and there.
